Body Beast – Day 4 – Shoulders

Build shoulders were great. Didn’t need alot of weight for those to get burned and go to muscle failure. When that happened, I just went with no weights. Could really feel the soreness the following day. I’m sorry this is short, I didn’t blog after the workout, so it’s not fresh in my mind. Still been having slight internet problems, I don’t know if it’s my router or the cable modem but it may be time to switch them out. I’ve had them for years so, don’t know how much longer they’ll go.
