BodyBeast Round 2 started Nov. 12

Well the first round is done. The program is awesome and I did see result’s with it. I’m not where I want to be yet but in time and dedication, will get there. So I started Monday with Build chest and tri’s and that went well. I tried to pick up where I left off from my previous workout sheet and managed to pull it off on some of the exercises and other’s I had to decrease the weight. That’s ok, it’s a starting point. But I can’t tell you how awesome it felt to work out again. Granted I haven’t worked out in 2 week’s but it feel’s like it’s been forever for some reason. Getting back into the groove was awesome and I could defiantly feel my chest soar this morning. I really want to kick it up a notch this round. The area where I didn’t see really any improvement was in my leg’s. It’s a weak spot for me because I get to the point of it just hurting and I ease up. However, on the last week, I added my weighted vest to the bulk leg’s routine and found it to be exhilarating. Yes my leg’s were on fire but really felt it helping throughout the workout. Why I didn’t incorporate it into the first round, I have no idea. The thought just didn’t dawn on me and truth be told the vest was in the corner and it was easily forgotten about. But it made a world of difference especially on the lunges. My balance is whack at times and I tend to wobble while holding the weights. With the vest it’s a little more easier to manage even though I’m sure I’ll have to get some weights in there with the lunges eventually. But going into this second round I am defiantly using that vest. It goes up to 60lb’s so I should be good for awhile with it. I meant to put this up this past weekend but was busy with other thing’s, my apologies, just wanted to give a brief update on what I was doing. Also I’m not going to upload videos everyday to youtube it’s just to much work but will do it every other day. I’ll blog about the workout’s on the day’s and hopefully other random blog’s focussed on fitness as I go. That’s the plan. Alright gang, just an update. You can find my youtube channel HERE.
