Does anyone even make New Year Resolutions anymore?

Does anyone in here make New Year’s resolutions?

I can’t recall making one last year or the year before only because I end up breaking them or falling off the routine into February or March. Every year I say, this year I’m going to see my abs. I’m not the strongest or guys or buffest and my workouts have been off and on throughout most of 2017. Mostly on but haven’t pushed myself to my limits. The same with my nutrition. I’ve only eaten when I was hungry or snack grazed throughout the day. Never really got on a scheduled meal plan.

Well this year, I’m really… really… going to push myself to get the flat abs and build up some muscle. Sitting at a desk job for the past 10 years has gotten me a pooch belly that I want to get rid of.

So I’ve joined a test group for this new workout program. We’re using weights, there’s cardio in there, bands, sliders (both of which I’m out of my element so it will be something new to learn) but I’m determined to make this work. So I’ll be posting progress videos and pics through this 3-month program. There’s also a scheduled nutrition plan where I’ll have to meal prep (also something new) but again… determined to make this work. I need to take better care of my body. This will be my New Year’s resolution.

So what are your goals or resolutions for 2018?
