Focus T25 Day 5 Lower Focus

Legs really burned throughout this workout. Was pretty sore the following day which is a good thing, means it is working. I always end up being soaked after these workouts, 25 minutes of constant moving and exercising will get you drenched with sweat. Get all those toxins released from your body.
