It’s getting slightly better. It’s still tough but as you’re body adjusts it get’s slightly easier. Not saying it’s a cake walk because it isn’t but it’s better than week one. Some days I can almost get through the warm up without stopping. But I do know I’m giving my lungs and heart a good workout, I come away from these routines sweating. I do need to start eating more, I haven’t been keeping my calorie count up so I’ve lost a couple pounds already which isn’t what I want. I want to loose my belly fat but that’s all. Anyway thanks for watching as we continue on our first go round of Insanity.
