Insanity Day 44 – Max Interval Circuit…behind on these blog posts

I edited this last week, forgot to upload a blog post on it so can’t remember how much I struggled through this. I got a good sweat and was breathing hard through it so it did its job. Don’t have much more to say but just thanks for watching and subscribing. Don’t forget to like. If you’re serious about getting fit with any of the Beachbody programs, join up. Don’t wait another day or wait until something serious happens involving your health that it may be to late to take action. Take action now. If you’ve never worked out before and are intimidated by the programs, start on the beginner level. Go to my site, click the tab at the top that explains what each programs does and is broken down into beginner to intermediate/advanced workouts. Start at the bottom and work your way up. There’s a workout program for every shape/size person on the planet. I would love to have you on the team. Don’t join up and just be stagnant, I don’t want that. I want people who are energize, who do the workouts, and try the supplements. Get on Shakeology, give it a months try. If you don’t like it, Beachbody will refund your money, but be active. You guys can do this!!
